Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Approach guests and staff in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance per Avion Hospitality standards.
• Wear proper uniform and name tag as per brand standards.
• Comply with Avion Hospitality standards and safety regulations.
• Comply with certification requirements (Alcohol Awareness, Food handlers, Safety).
• Read Banquet Event Orders and familiarize with the menu of the function.
• Serve guests according to hotel standards; address issues or complaints by escalating to management when needed.
• Maintain banquet store room and stock supplies; clear banquet space after events.
• Attend meetings as required by management.
