Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• No experience required; hospitality/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to respond promptly to guest requests.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables with china, silverware and service equipment according to EO; break down banquet rooms as directed.
• Maintain quality and service standards per Marcus Hotels & Resorts and Marriott.
• Prepare coffee and bread stations prior to functions.
• Serve food and beverages according to standards.
• Handle guest requests or coordinate assistance from supervisor or manager.
• Communicate with captains, supervisors and managers.
• Maintain cleanliness of banquet rooms, public areas and storage areas.
• Maintain inventory of necessary supplies.
• Attend all scheduled meetings and trainings.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
