Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Associate in Pittsburgh to prepare and maintain banquet spaces for events. In this fast-paced role, attention to detail, teamwork, and guest service are essential as you set up, break down, and support events from start to finish.

No prior experience required; training is provided. You will work with hotel staff to ensure rooms are ready, supplies are available, and spaces stay clean during events.

Qualifications

• Full mobility and ability to perform continuous movement.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility with scheduling to align with hotel event needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event space according to Banquet Event Orders
• Ensure guest needs are attended to throughout events
• Maintain public spaces during events for consistent clean presentation
• Ensure supplies are available and equipment is properly set up and functioning
• Track event supplies and equipment, store furnishings when not in use, report repairs
