Job summary

JDM Golf is seeking an energetic Banquet Manager to lead a team and execute high-quality banquet and special events at the Adobe Bar & Grille. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee all details—from setup to service—ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Expected to manage staffing, communicate across departments, and uphold standards while controlling costs. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Prior supervisory/management experience in banquets, catering, hospitality, or related environment.
• Experience coordinating weddings, corporate events, golf tournaments, private parties, or large events.
• Experience working in a golf club, country club, resort, hotel, or similar hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate banquet and special events from start to finish.
• Finalize event details, setup, timing, food and beverage service, and equipment.
• Review and communicate BEOs, ensure accuracy and timely updates.
• Directly supervise Banquet Captains and Banquet Coordinator; manage staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor labor costs and ensure adherence to standards while controlling expenses.
