JDM Golf is seeking a motivated Banquet Captain to supervise all banquet events at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club's Adobe Bar & Grille in Phoenix. You will lead the banquet team, coordinate setup, and ensure guest comfort and safety throughout events.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, superb time management, and communication skills, with at least two years in catering or banquet roles. Weekend availability and a keen eye for detail are essential in our busy club environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years catering operations or banquet experience, or relevant supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all banquet operations and supervise events.
• Lead department meetings and coordinate with staff and organizers.
• Ensure setup, service, and teardown meet customer specifications and safety standards.
• Train and develop catering servers using existing materials.
