Job summary

Arizona Biltmore Golf Club is seeking a Banquet Captain to supervise all banquet events for the Adobe Clubhouse. You will lead banquet operations, manage staff, and ensure superb guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong leadership, time management, and exceptional communication while keeping calm under pressure. Flexibility for weekends and peak seasons is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years catering operations or banquet experience, preferably in lead/supervisor role.
• Experience coordinating large events and managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee banquet events and lead department meetings.
• Coordinate setup, service, and breakdown for events.
• Direct staff, assign duties, and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Maintain professional appearance and safety standards at all times.
