Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/management experience is required.

• Previous hotel food and beverage experience preferred.

• Strong business communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate banquet events to ensure seamless execution.
• Assist with hiring and training all banquet staff, including scheduling and monthly meetings.
• Supervise setup of functions: linens, silver, china, glassware per event specs.
• Visually inspect function rooms and equipment for cleanliness and inventory.
• Collaborate with culinary, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful events.
