Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Serv-Safe certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• TIPS/RAMP trained or willing to become certified.
• PA Act 153 background check required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of banquet operations and manage staff.
• Plan equipment needs and timelines for events.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate setup, service, and cleanup.
• Lead pre-event meetings and communicate expectations.
• Maintain inventory of catering equipment and linens.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and alcohol safety standards.
• Schedule and manage staff via Microsoft Teams.
