Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares all cold items for the salad department following recipes and par stock levels.
• Sets up sauce bars, condiment bars, and beverage stations for themed menus and events.
• Coordinates catering orders and assembles items for function sheets and retail locations.
• Maintains a clean, safe, sanitary work area per ServSafe, HACCP, OSHA and college policies.
• Prepares items for retail operations (parf1t cups, crudité cups, to-go salads/fruits) and assists in recipe development.
