Job summary

Compass Pointe Golf Courses is seeking a Banquet Attendant to support the Food and Beverage manager in coordinating events and banquets. • Remove all trash from the banquet area.

Compass Pointe Golf Course, located in Pasadena, MD, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Banquet Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:

$17.00 - $17.50 per hour

Summary:

Compass Pointe Golf Courses are a busy 36-hole golf course which hosts over 150 events/banquets per season. The Banquet Attendant is a key member of the team and is responsible for assisting the Food and Beverage manager in the oversight of golf events/banquets. The Banquet Attendant must be reliable, have excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate on a friendly level. The candidate must have a positive attitude and able to interact with guests in a professional manner. The Banquet Attendant duties include, but are not limited to, setting up the pavilion for guests, preparing and cooking food, and cleaning the pavilion area. Teamwork is essential. Willing to be flexible and able to work holidays and weekends are required. Must be 16 years or older to work.
