Job summary

Ed Oliver Golf Club in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Banquet Server to support event setup, food and beverage service, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, weekday and weekend availability, and ServSafe/TIPS certification preferred. A background in bartending is a plus, with opportunities to grow within Troon’s global team.

Responsibilities

• Prepares function sites and sets meeting rooms per specifications.
• Serves food and beverages to guests following guidelines.
• Sets dining tables and buffets per Banquet Event Orders.
• Attends pre-shift meetings and communicates guest requests to management.
• Maintains clean banquet and kitchen areas and safe equipment handling.
• Assists in inventory control and monitors waste in banquet areas.
• Provides excellent customer service and anticipates guest needs.
• Regular attendance and professional representation of the organization.
