Job summary

Parkland Golf & Country Club, part of Troon, is seeking a part-time On Call Banquet Server to join our fast-paced hospitality team in Parkland, FL. You will support the Executive Chef and F&B Manager in daily banquet and dining operations, delivering outstanding guest service at events.

Requirements include 1–2 years in F&B, knowledge of health regulations and liquor laws, banquet experience, excellent communication, and willingness to work nights and weekends. Competitive hourly wage of $24.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years of related experience in F&B
• Knowledge of health regulations and liquor laws
• Must have food and beverage/a la carte and banquet experience
• Must be highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented
• Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have strong service orientation
• Must be available nights & weekends

Responsibilities

• Perform the correct policies and procedures
• Assist with banquet set-up and breakdown of tables, decoration, equipment, serving areas and related activities in an accurate and timely manner
• Provide excellent food and beverage service for banquet events/a la carte dining
• Ensure satisfaction by communicating with the client throughout the event regarding any changes, substitutions or special requests
• Perform other duties assigned by manager or supervisor
