Job summary

Infor is seeking a Banquet Houseman in Temecula, CA to set up meeting rooms per the event orders and ensure readiness of all banquet spaces for VIP events. This role involves extensive physical labor, including lifting tables, chairs, and heavy equipment, with attention to cleanliness and presentation.

Responsibilities include executing BEOs, decorating buffets, installing ice sculptures for VIP events, and maintaining storerooms and linens.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of experience; at least 1 year of related experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up meeting rooms per the Banquet Event Order (BEO).
• Clarify and execute pop-up events; refresh and revise meeting rooms.
• Decorate and set up buffets to the stated theme.
• Install and lift ice sculptures for VIP events.
• Polish and ensure water glasses, silverware, and standard meeting setup are ready.
• Check storerooms are clean and organized.
• Ensure linens and skirts are clean and free from stains or tears.
• Meet end-of-shift checks with Houseman Shift Supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
