You will coordinate with staff to ensure buffets, linens, and service items are ready, maintain tidy storerooms, and help maintain a positive, efficient banquet service during events.

Qualifications

• Experience in event setup or banquet service preferred.
• Ability to read and follow BEOs and room diagrams.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up meeting rooms according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO).
• Assist with pop-up events, room refreshes, and decor for buffets.
• Install and lift heavy equipment, including tables, chairs, and ice sculptures.
• Ensure water glasses, silverware, and related service items are clean and ready.
• Maintain clean storerooms and ensure linens from events are in good condition.
• Coordinate with Houseman Shift Supervisor to complete setup before end of shift.
• Handle any additional duties as assigned.
