The Carolina Inn at Hyatt is seeking an Assistant Event Services Manager to oversee banquet events and guest experiences. You will supervise event room set-ups, service, and maintenance of all banquet functions and equipment to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and walk moderate distances.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds).
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Banquet Captain/Management preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a Banquet/Catering setting preferred.
