Carter Creek Winery Resort & Spa in Johnson City, Texas is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage team member to provide friendly, efficient service for events and daily dining. You will work weekends mornings, with some evenings, and strive to ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of restaurant experience in hospitality or similar environment.
• Able to work flexible schedule, including weekends
• Customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Review event orders to become familiar with menu and service order.
• Complete setup/preparation of function room prior to activity
• Inspect equipment before, during, and after events
• Assist other staff to ensure optimum service to guests
• Clear tables and break down function rooms after banquet service
• Perform end-of-shift duties and report deviations to supervisor
