Job summary

OTH Hotels Resorts is seeking a Banquet Staff member to deliver high-quality food and beverage service for events. You will assist with setup, serve meals, and manage post-event breakdown in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years in F&B, strong customer service, and the ability to multitask while maintaining presentation. This is a property-based, on-site position supporting diverse banquets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of food and beverage experience; banquet or event service preferred.
• Food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms and function spaces per event orders and standards.
• Serve food and beverages using plated, buffet, or passed service.
• Provide friendly, attentive service throughout events.
• Clear tables, break down rooms, and reset spaces between events.
• Communicate with banquet captain, teammates, and kitchen staff.
