Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preparatory tasks and side work to ensure prompt service.
• Read Banquet Event Orders and familiarize with function menus.
• Serve guests according to hotel standards in a friendly, professional manner.
• Address guest issues and communicate with management when needed.
• Set tables according to hotel standards and maintain banquet storeroom.
• Clean banquet space after events and restock supplies.
• Prepare rooms according to BEO and meal functions.
• Follow money handling procedures when serving guests.
• Know menu items for each function and provide accurate descriptions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and perform other duties as requested.
