Job summary

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking a banquet team member to support the banquet department. You will assist in set up and take down of all banquet and meeting events and work closely with the Banquet Servers to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes hospitality, organization, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays while delivering outstanding service and personable experiences across events.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality experience is preferred.
• Candidate should be organized with strong attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, clean and maintain meeting and banquet rooms following the standards of service as set by hotel management.
• Responsible for accurate cleaning and setting of banquet functions and meeting rooms.
• Care and storage of all equipment such as tables and chairs.
• Servicing meeting rooms.
• Provide outstanding service and ridiculously personable experiences!
