Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet rooms and meeting spaces per BEO instructions.
• Coordinate with Sales and kitchen teams to ensure details are ready.
• Communicate guest requests to Sales Coordinator and managers.
• Serve and present food to guests according to timelines.
• Provide quick, knowledgeable service and answer questions about offerings.
• Complete assigned pre-shift side work and maintain cleanliness.
