Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino is seeking an Executive Banquet Chef to plan, produce and execute banquet food operations at a luxury level. You will oversee banquet kitchens, staff and event execution while maintaining strict cost controls.

This role requires leadership, strong English communication and a focus on guest satisfaction during large-scale events and conferences at our renowned property near the Las Vegas Strip.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign detailed duties to banquet staff for efficient kitchen operation.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff in menu item preparation.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage and rotation of food products.
• Adhere to procedures for food cost, labor, and quality controls.
• Provide guest satisfaction through outstanding service.
• Write recipes, maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Schedule staff to meet daily and weekly function requirements.
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards are maintained.
