Responsibilities

• Assist the chef in executing banquets according to Banquet Event Order details and Wedgewood's standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by following cleaning procedures daily and during deep cleans.
• Receive deliveries from approved suppliers and verify freshness and quality.
• Stock all food items with FIFO and proper labeling and rotation.
