Responsabilidades

• Assist the chef in executing banquets according to BEO details and established standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by following cleaning procedures and deep cleaning schedule.
• Receive deliveries and inspect items for freshness, quality, and compliance.
• Stock all food items according to FIFO and proper labeling/rotation.
