Wedgewood Weddings in Novato, CA is seeking a Part-Time Catering Cook to support banquets and everyday event service. You will work off a Banquet Event Order, prep, produce, and plate for full event execution while keeping safety and cleanliness at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Solid food handling and preparation skills.

• Banquet, catering, or restaurant experience preferred — leadership experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Support the chef in executing banquets according to Banquet Event Order details and Wedgewood standards.
• Prep, produce, and plate for full event execution.
• Keep a clean kitchen — cleaning as you work, closing procedures, and regular deep cleans.
• Receive deliveries from approved suppliers, verifying freshness and quality.
• Stock and label all food to food safety protocols and FIFO procedures.
