You will prepare meals for guests in Banquet, Buffet, and Concession settings, work at action stations, and ensure portion control and sanitation. Availability includes both weekdays and weekends with a fluctuating event‑based schedule.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of cook experience.
• Advanced culinary degree or certification.
• Weekdays and weekends with on-call/event-based schedule.
• Plating techniques and standards.
• Food safety, waste management, and sanitation per ServeSafe guidelines.
• Must obtain ServeSafe Food Handler card.
• Team-oriented and able to communicate effectively.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
