Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of professional kitchen experience in hotel or high-volume environments, strong knife skills, and the ability to follow recipes and production sheets with precision.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional cooking experience in hotel, banquet, catering, restaurant, or high-volume food service.
• Working knowledge of culinary techniques, knife skills, cooking methods, and food preparation procedures across multiple kitchen stations.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes, production sheets, and chef direction while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook banquet menu items according to recipes, production schedules, and presentation standards for weddings, conferences, galas, and events.
• Assist with banquet food preparation and execution, ensuring items are produced accurately and delivered on time.
• Operate a variety of kitchen stations and equipment while maintaining quality, consistency, and efficiency in a high-volume environment.
• Support banquet setup, production, and breakdown activities, ensuring proper food handling, storage, labeling, and product rotation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen following all health regulations.
