You will arrange tables, linens, AV gear, and move equipment while preserving the property’s high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow event diagrams/setup instructions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet rooms for meetings, weddings, conferences, and special events according to specifications and floor plans.
• Arrange tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, linens, and audiovisual equipment to create exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure all event spaces are clean, organized, and presentation-ready while upholding high service standards.
• Collaborate with Banquets, Catering, and Events teams to execute seamless transitions and accommodate last-minute requests.
• Safely move and transport banquet equipment and supplies with focus on safety and efficiency.
