Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of professional cooking experience in hotel, banquet, catering, restaurant or high-volume environment.
• Working knowledge of culinary techniques, knife skills, cooking methods and food preparation procedures.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and production sheets while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook banquet menu items according to recipes, schedules and standards for weddings, conferences, galas and events.
• Assist with banquet food preparation and execution to ensure accurate delivery on time.
• Operate kitchen stations and equipment maintaining quality, consistency and efficiency in a high-volume setting.
• Support banquet setup, production and breakdown with proper food handling and labeling.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen following food safety regulations.
