Responsibilities

As a Cook, you will prepare food items according to recipes and standards, aiming to deliver outstanding service and profitability. Your tasks will include:

• Preparing food according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and food sanitation standards
• Managing guest orders efficiently and courteously
• Knowing the menu and food products thoroughly
• Stocking and maintaining food stations
• Inspecting all food sent from the kitchen
• Following proper food handling and storage regulations
• Preparing requisitions for supplies and ingredients
