• High School education preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high sanitation standards across the area of responsibility.
• Keep storage areas clean and organized for all food items.
• Properly rotate inventory and ensure proper food handling.
• Prepare food according to specifications for breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquets.
• Assist in creating specials and menu variations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
