Job summary

Schulte Companies is seeking an Experienced Banquet Cook to join our team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will ensure high sanitation standards, proper food handling, and assist in menu variations while supporting a culture of service and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain high sanitation standards in the area of responsibility.
• Keep storage areas organized and clean for all food.
• Handle and store food items properly at end of shift; rotate inventory.
• Prepare food according to specifications for breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquets.
• Work with manager to create specials and menu variations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
