Job summary

Qualifications

• Batch and quantity cooking knowledge.
• Sanitation and food handling proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all items on BEOs or cover sheets per standard procedure.
• Follow prep lists and maintain quality throughout prep and service.
• Ensure correct portion control, weights and counts for each function.
• Monitor cooking times, temperatures and storage procedures.
