• Must have banquet/catering or high-volume restaurant experience.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling best practices.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced events environment.
• Willingness to assist with all kitchen tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist chef in executing banquets per event order and standards.
• Maintain clean, organized kitchen; participate in regular deep cleaning.
• Receive deliveries; check freshness and quality against standards.
• Stock food items with proper labeling and FIFO processes.
• Support kitchen team with dishwashing and event execution.
