Job summary

Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner is seeking a Banquet Cook 3 to ensure proper preparation and execution of food items for all banquet events, including breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and special parties according to Hyatt standards.

This hourly position requires good communication, at least two years of line and fine dining experience; a culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred. Candidates should be able to multitask, stay organized, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Solid organization and discipline in fast-paced kitchen.
• Able to work across multiple kitchen stations.

Responsibilities

• The Banquet Cook 3 position is an hourly position, responsible for the proper preparation and execution of food items required for all banquet events, including breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and special parties according to Hyatt standards.
• This role may perform carving and other buffet attendant duties as required.
