• Develop prep lists from BEO for timely production.
• Create requisitions from BEO to ensure available ingredients.
• Ensure banquet production adheres to standards and timing.
• Monitor and rotate food supplies; control waste and costs.
• Learn all menu items produced in kitchen and stay current.
• Complete prep and banquet tasks on schedule; follow LSOPs.
