Valor Hospitality Partners is seeking a line cook in Gulf Shores, AL to prepare culinary items for guests and hotel clients. You will manage pantry and fry station duties while maintaining quality, safety, and sanitary standards.

Responsibilities include following recipes, rotating stock, and assisting in cost control, with opportunities to grow in a collaborative hotel-f&B team. Strong English and basic cooking skills are required.

Competenze

• High school education or equivalent; culinary certificate preferred.
• 3–6 months in food/beverage services.
• Knowledge of operating industrial ovens and cooking ranges.
• Understanding of safety, sanitation and food handling.
• Able to read, speak and understand English.

Mansioni

• Prepare food items following recipes and standards.
• Prepare pantry, fry station, and other kitchen items daily.
• Ensure proper dating, rotation, and temperature control.
• Maintain buffet stock and assist in food cost control.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
