Education/Formal Training: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1-2 years in a related role.
Knowledge/Skills: Ability to work as part of a team, communicate effectively, and knowledge of kitchen practices.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 70 lbs, climb, bend, stand for long periods, and have good hearing and vision. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
Environment: Mostly indoor work, with freezer temperatures at -10°F and front-line temperatures over 100°F.
