Job summary

The Don CeSar on St. Pete Beach, a Davidson Hospitality Group property, is seeking a Banquet Chef to lead food production for upscale banquet events.

You will coordinate with banquet and culinary teams to ensure exceptional quality, presentation, and timely execution of menus. Ideal candidates bring proven banquet leadership, strong menu planning, and the ability to manage costs while maintaining top-tier food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as a Banquet Chef or similar culinary leadership role in hotel/resort settings.
• Strong knowledge of large-scale food production, menu planning and banquet service.
• Ability to lead, train and develop culinary teams and manage costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food production for banquet events.
• Coordinate food production with Banquet and Culinary teams to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Manage food and labor costs within budgeted guidelines.
• Support menu development and maintain food safety/sanitation standards.
• Ensure exceptional dining experiences for banquet guests.
