Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read, analyze, and execute daily BEOs for portions, timing, and dietary needs.
• Manage daily prep list and mentor Banquet Cooks to exact standards.
• Execute batch cooking with fine-dining aesthetics and speed.
• Enforce FIFO inventory and communicate shortages or issues promptly.
• Maintain sanitation and adhere to health regulations at all times.
