Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide banquet guests excellent food quality, consistency, and professional service.
• Maintain sound working relationship with the banquet culinary team.
• Comply with health, OSHA, and Department of Labor regulations for kitchen staff.
• Ensure proper sanitation to prevent food spoilage and contamination.
• Maintain standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen procedures.
• Stock and maintain sufficient food levels for service periods.
• Present high-quality food items and ensure plating standards.
• Support Catering and Banquets teams to execute events from start to finish.
