Qualifications

• 2+ years relative experience in a kitchen of similar size
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to wear multiple hats and support the team
• Food Handler Certification, Alcohol Awareness Certification (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Provide banquet guests excellent food quality, consistency, and service while managing culinary functions to meet food quality goals
• Create and maintain sound working relationships with the banquet culinary team
• Adhere to health and safety requirements and regulations in kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of kitchen facilities and equipment
• Work with catering and banquets teams to ensure smooth execution of events
