Qualifications

• 2+ years relative experience in a kitchen of similar size.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Awareness Certification (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide banquet guests excellent food quality and professional service.
• Manage culinary functions to meet food quality goals.
• Maintain working relationship with banquet culinary team.
• Must be familiar with health requirements, OSHA and Department of Labor regulations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and health regulations and maintain cleanliness.
• Support Catering and Banquets teams for smooth execution of functions.
