• Hand off events to the Conference Services Manager with a documented turnover, and review final reconciled checks after the event.

• Direct lifestyle hotel banquet and catering experience, ideally 3+ years in independent, boutique or luxury hotels
• Proven prospecting and selling experience (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Delphi, Opera and the Microsoft Office Suite
