Job summary

Encore Boston Harbor is seeking a Manager - Catering & Banquets to lead the daily operations of group dining events. You will oversee staffing, inventory, guest service, and execution of F&B to Encore standards across all events.

Requirements include at least 5 years in full-service dining, strong leadership and project-management skills, and the ability to obtain MA Gaming Commission registration. Competitive salary and quarterly bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum 5 years of full-service restaurant or group dining experience
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills

• Manage budgets, inventory, and purchasing related to catering and banquets
• Ensure compliant with Encore Standards and guest/service quality
