Qualifications

• 2-4 years of food service experience.
• Experience in a4- to 5-star venue or similar setting preferred.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.

Responsibilities

• Direct setup and preparation of banquet rooms for functions.
• Serve and bus tables; clear and tear down banquet rooms.
• Lead hourly banquet servers under the Banquet Manager.
• Coordinate room setup and beverage service to maximize guest satisfaction.
