Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably banquet service.
• Experience in a 4-star/5-star venue with synchronized service.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct setup for functions including table draping, silverware, napkins, centerpieces, and drinks.
• Serve, bus, and clear food and beverages; tear down banquet spaces.
• Lead hourly banquet servers and housemen; act as property representative to guests.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness and organize storerooms; ensure safety.
