This role focuses on leading setups, delivering high-quality dining service, and maintaining client satisfaction during events.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating pre-event briefings, managing equipment and space layout, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards while working a flexible

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a lead or supervisory role within a banquet, catering or food service environment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise banquet staff, providing direction and support during events.
• Oversee setup and execution of banquet spaces, ensuring service meets high standards.
• Serve as main client contact during events and address requests professionally.
• Supervise event closeout, including breakdown and inventory management.
• Enforce Aramark policies, health and safety regulations, and alcohol service laws.
