Welcome to Hotel Flor Tampa Downtown, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks a motivated Banquet Captain to lead banquet operations, directing set up and service for high-volume events at our upscale Tampa property.

You will oversee room setup, food and beverage service, and supervise hourly staff to ensure outstanding guest experiences, while collaborating with the Banquet Manager.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably in banquet settings.
• Experience in a 4-star/5-star venue with synchronized service.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct set up and preparation of banquet rooms for functions.
• Serve and bus tables and clear banquet rooms after events.
• Coordinate room set-up and food & beverage service to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Assist banquet manager and lead hourly staff to maintain service quality.
