You will lead housekeeping staff and uphold our high cleanliness standards while engaging guests and maintaining a welcoming culture. We seek a caring, engaged individual with strong time management and communication skills who can supervise daily operations,

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a similar housekeeping role desirable.
• Engaging and caring personality.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to stand on feet for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.
• Ability to move, reach corners, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay goes well.
• Work as a team to maintain resort/hotel cleanliness.
• Coordinate daily work flow and distribute duties.
• Inspect guest rooms to uphold quality standards.
• Supervise and train staff to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Assist with inventory of linens and supplies.
• Support performance evaluations and duties distribution.
• Coordinate activities with Front Desk and staff.
• Report maintenance needs as required.
• Ensure safe handling of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Find coverage for callouts or increased house counts.
• Perform other related duties as requested by Management.
