Homestead is a four-season resort by Davidson Hospitality Group in Midway, Utah, seeking a Banquet Server to deliver outstanding service during weddings, conferences, and events. The role emphasizes guest-first service, efficiency, and teamwork in a dynamic banquet setting.

The candidate will join a hospitality team known for memorable guest experiences, with opportunities to grow in a renowned multi-property organization.

Qualifications

Six months to one year serving experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Read, write and speak English fluently

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile and positive attitude
Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner
Clear tables, clean up after events, and ensure the banquet area is tidy
Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance throughout events
Work collaboratively with the banquet team to ensure seamless event execution
Follow food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform guidelines
